Vendor Terms

If you choose to sell on By Israelite, you agree to the following:

  • Account Creation: All vendors must create a verified account to sell on the platform. Ensure that your account details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Product Listings: Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, prices, and shipping information. Misleading or false information may result in the suspension or termination of your vendor account.
  • Vendor Fees: By Israelite may charge a transaction fee on each sale. The specific fee structure will be outlined in your vendor agreement. Make sure to review the fees before listing products.
  • Shipping & Returns: Vendors are responsible for managing their shipping and return policies. Ensure clear communication with customers regarding shipment timelines and return procedures.
  • Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of goods and services. This includes, but is not limited to, intellectual property rights, health and safety standards, and tax requirements.

Purchasing Through Vendors

When purchasing from vendors on By Israelite, you agree to the following:

  • Product Listings: By Israelite does not directly sell products but facilitates the sale between vendors and customers. We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of product listings but offer a platform for reviews and ratings.
  • Payments: All payments made through By Israelite must be completed via our secure payment gateways. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Vendors are responsible for setting their prices, and any discrepancies should be handled between the buyer and vendor.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Vendors are responsible for shipping products to customers. By Israelite does not handle physical products. Ensure you review the vendor’s shipping policies and timelines before making a purchase.
  • Returns & Refunds: Any refund or return requests must be made directly to the vendor. By Israelite encourages vendors to clearly communicate their return policies. We recommend contacting the vendor for resolution before escalating disputes to us.

Intellectual Property

All content on By Israelite, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of By Israelite or its vendors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without express written permission.

Account Termination

By Israelite reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions, or if your actions jeopardize the community, marketplace, or our reputation. Terminated accounts will not be entitled to a refund for any outstanding membership or listing fees.

Limitation of Liability

By Israelite acts as an intermediary between vendors and buyers. We are not responsible for disputes that arise between vendors and buyers regarding products, shipping, returns, or other transactions. By Israelite is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of these terms will be conducted in the courts of New York.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
