  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Digital Products: Please note that digital products and downloadable items are typically non-refundable, unless there is a defect or issue with the download itself.
  • Initiating a Refund: To start a refund, please contact the seller directly through your By Israelite account. Once the seller approves the request, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Note: Some products, such as personal care items, perishables, and custom goods, may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Always check the seller’s individual refund policy before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We encourage buyers to carefully review products before purchasing, but we also know that returns may be necessary. By Israelite makes it easy to return items with seller approval.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition and the exchange request must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Processing Exchanges: Sellers will process exchanges within 5-7 business days once they receive the returned item. Make sure to check the availability of the product you’d like to exchange it for.

For items that are out of stock or unavailable, you may request a refund or choose another item of equal value.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure that every product listed on By Israelite meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Issues: Please notify the seller within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Replacement or Refund: Depending on the seller’s policy, you may be offered a replacement or a full refund for defective items.
